We cater to businesses of all sizes. For large shipments, we offer FCL (Full Container Load), giving you exclusive use of a container. For smaller shipments, we provide LCL (Less than Container Load) services, where your goods share container space with other shipments. This allows you to pay only for the volume you use, making it a cost-effective solution for smaller businesses.
Transit times depend on the mode of transport and the final destination. Generally, Air Freight takes between 3 to 7 business days. Sea Freight can take anywhere from 15 to 45 days depending on the port of origin and destination. We provide a detailed schedule and estimated time of arrival (ETA) at the time of your booking.
Our Door-to-Door service is a complete end-to-end solution. We pick up the goods from the supplier’s warehouse, manage the export customs, handle the international transit, clear the goods through import customs at the destination, and finally deliver them directly to the buyer's specified address. It is a "hassle-free" option where we handle every step of the journey.
We prioritize the safety of your goods by working with reputable carriers and ensuring proper palletizing and securing of cargo. For added peace of mind, we highly recommend and can facilitate Marine/Cargo Insurance. This protects your financial investment against unforeseen accidents, theft, or damage while the goods are in transit.
Yes. We provide an integrated online tracking system. By entering your unique Tracking ID or Bill of Lading (B/L) number on our website, you can see the real-time status of your cargo, its current location, and any updates regarding its arrival schedule.
